JTNEF Software License Agreement 

THIS LICENSE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT 
ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU 
INDICATE THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 
PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. 

DEFINITIONS 

"Software" refers to the JTNEF Java TNEF package.
"Author" and "Licensor" refers to Amichai Rothman, who is the author of 
  the software, or someone explicitly assigned by him to manage the 
  software. 
"You", "User" and "Your" refer to levigo holding gmbh. 
"Derived Work" refers to this software, or any other software derived 
  from, based on, or containing this software. 
"Binary Form" refers to a compiled, executable version of the software, 
  excluding any source code. 

LICENSE RIGHTS 

Licensor grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to 
distribute, install and use the software or derived work in binary form 
only, only as part of a product developed directly by you, provided that 
you agree to be bound by all of the terms contained in this Agreement, 
and that a copy of this license Agreement be placed along with the 
software (or derived work). 

OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS 

This software is licensed, not sold, and the author retains all 
ownership and intellectual property rights in the software. You may 
distribute and use the software only as part of a product developed 
directly by you, and only in binary form. It may not be distributed, 
installed or used for any purpose other than its intended use within 
your product, and may not be distributed in any product which does not 
provide substantial additional functionality to this software's 
functionality. If this software is to be distributed or used for any 
other purpose, a separate license must be obtained from the licensor for 
such use. This license does not entitle you to any technical support, 
bug fixes or any other maintenance services from the author. 

UPDATES 

If and when the author makes available any updates or fixes to the 
software, you may install and use the updated software in place of the 
previously installed software, under the terms of this Agreement, at no 
additional fee. 

FEES 

The user must pay the software license fee for this license. The fee, 
the method of payment and additional details should be obtained by 
contacting the licensor. 

TERM AND TERMINATION 

This Agreement is effective from the moment the license fees are 
received and acknowledged by the licensor, until terminated. You may 
terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the 
software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from 
the licensor if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. 
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software. 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ANY 
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
WARRANTIES OF INFRINGEMENT AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL 
THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, 
PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, 
DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY 
THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT 
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE 
DISTRIBUTION OR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY 
OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM 
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE LICENSE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR 
THE SOFTWARE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY 
APPLICABLE LAW IN THE SPECIFIED JURISDICTION. 

MISCELLANEOUS 

This License is the entire Agreement between you and the author, 
superseding any other Agreement or discussions, oral or written, and may 
not be changed except by a signed Agreement. This License shall be 
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of 
New York, U.S.A. This Agreement will not be governed by the conflict of 
law rules of any jurisdiction or the United Nations Convention on 
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and any legislation 
implementing such Convention, if otherwise applicable. If any provision 
of this License is declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be 
invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such a provision shall be modified 
to the extent necessary to render it enforceable without losing its 
intent, or severed from this Agreement if no such modification is 
possible, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and 
effect, or the licensor may at its option instead terminate this 
Agreement. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to 
this License shall be in courts and fora located in the State of New 
York, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
