Forwards QualifiedLogEvents to a WorkerController.

Usage:

 QualifiedLogForwarder logForwarder = new QualifiedLogForwarder(delegate);
 org.jadice.util.log.config.LoggingConfiguration.getGlobal()
     .addThreadLocalQualifiedLogListener(logForwarder);
 try {
   // Do the work
 } finally {
   org.jadice.util.log.config.LoggingConfiguration.getGlobal()
       .removeThreadLocalQualifiedLogListener(logForwarder);
 }
